Research and development background

At present, there are many common pain points in the high power fiber laser cutting equipment on the market in different plate cutting processing scenes:

1) The use of oxygen cutting thin carbon steel efficiency is low, easy to hang oxidation slag;

2) Cutting carbon steel with liquid nitrogen has high cost and rough cutting section; Medium and thick carbon steel hanging slag is serious, thick carbon steel cannot be cut;

3) The use of air cutting carbon steel hanging slag is serious, increasing the cost of manual grinding, deburring machine and grinding consumables;

4) The use of oxygen to cut carbon steel, the quality of the plate requirements are higher, oxidation layer, serious rust, material, etc., will seriously affect the stability of cutting quality;

5) The use of air to cut a large number of stainless steel or carbon steel, easy to cause pipeline pollution;

6) The use of liquid nitrogen cutting aluminum plate hanging slag serious, poor section quality;
