Products Description


        The polular way to generate nitrogen is through Pressure Swing Adsorption. PSA technology is the ideal and easiest way to go.

The main components in air is nitrogen and oxygen, so we can select adsorbent with different adsorption ability for nitrogen and oxygen, and design suitable process to separate nitrogen and oxygen to get pure gas nitrogen.

Both nitrogen and oxygen have quadrupole moments, but N2(0.31Å)is higher than oxygen (0.10 Å), and carbon molecular sieve has stronger adsorption ability for oxygen than nitrogen(Oxygen has stronger apply force to surface ion of molecular sieve, like Drawing 1). So, when compressed air passes adsorption bed with carbon molecular sieve, oxygen is adsorbed, while nitrogen is concentrated in gas phase and flow out of adsorption bed because of less adsorption. Then we get nitrogen by such separation. When molecular sieve nearly saturates by oxygen, it needs to stop air and decrease adsorption pressure to desorb the oxygen. The molecular sieve can be reactivated for repeat work. Two or more adsorption beds shift work can produce continuous nitrogen.

1 We fully consider the location of active carbon adsorber and air buffer tank in the air compression system. It can not only supply stable pressure air source but also consider the life time of active carbon.

2 We use special stuffing process, self-compensation compaction, diaphragm stream distributor, and advanced process to ensure the generator can stably and reliably work for over 10 years(combine Germany process and Japan technology);

3 The nitrogen tank can make normal nitrogen output pressure more stable.

4 The nitrogen station system has problem alarm and emergency interlock to ensure 24 hours non stop running.

5 This system is by integration module design with good-looking appearance and small land occupation. It effectively saves the space.

6 The whole system is by Japan Mitsubishi PLC for central control to make easy and convenient operation and control.

7 The system has man-machine touch control interface. The running status of each device can be displayed online dynamically, which can make user better operate and control the system.

2.3.8 This system is full automatic unmanned operation system, which greatly simplify the work procedures and decrease manpower investment and other formalities.

When producing your own nitrogen, it is important to know and understand the purity level you want to achieve. Some applications require low purity levels (between 90 and 99%), such as tire inflation and fire prevention, while others, such as applications in the food and beverage industry or plastic molding, require high levels (from 97 to 99.999%).
