Nitrogen generator -help solve the problem existed in laser cutting application

At present, high-power fiber laser equipment on the market has the following common pain points in different cutting and processing scenarios of sheet metal:
① The use of oxygen cutting for thin carbon steel has low efficiency, and the cutting section is prone to hanging soft slag, which can easily cause detachment during subsequent spraying/electroplating;
② The use of oxygen cutting for carbon steel requires high quality of the plate, and factors such as oxidation layer, severe corrosion, and material can seriously affect the stability of cutting quality;
③ Using liquid nitrogen to cut carbon steel has high operating costs and rough cutting surfaces; Severe slag accumulation during liquid nitrogen cutting of medium thick carbon steel, making it impossible to cut thick carbon steel;
④ The use of air cutting for medium thick carbon steel results in severe slag accumulation, which increases the cost of manual polishing, deburring machines, polishing consumables/electricity, and makes the workpiece surface prone to scratches;
⑤ The use of liquid nitrogen for cutting aluminum plates results in severe slag accumulation and poor cross-sectional quality; Air cutting aluminum plates can easily cause overburning and pulverization of the cross-section
