It is a multifunctional laser cutting auxiliary gas supply unit, which has the advantages of: ① Compared to traditional liquid nitrogen cutting of carbon steel, it can save more than 50% in cost; ② Compared to traditional liquid oxygen cutting of carbon steel, the efficiency can be increased by more than 3-5 times; ③ Compared to traditional liquid nitrogen cutting of aluminum plates, the cross-sectional quality is finer, the slag hanging is smaller, and medium thin aluminum plates can achieve burr free cutting of aluminum alloys; ④ Compared to traditional air cutting, gas quality is better, reducing pipeline pollution.

1. Low energy consumption of equipment:
Full load nitrogen production per hour, with a total energy consumption of less than 45kw/h;
2. Stable flow rate and controllable purity:
The airflow is stable, and nitrogen can reach equilibrium pressure after being stored in the gas storage tank;
Purity is controllable, and the nitrogen production process is controlled by the PSA operating program with various auxiliary controls added. The flow rate can be measured and adjusted as needed, and the purity accuracy is controlled within ± 1%;

When the purity is set at 99.99%, the flow rate is about 75Nm3/h;
